Jennifer Bennett is a female Accredited Exercise Physiologist who consults at Asquith Health, and has over six years of clinical experience. She also consults at our Dural clinic. She is currently in her final year of the Masters of Physiotherapy at Sydney University, and will soon become a dual qualified Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist.
Jen has a special interest in designing exercise programs for people with chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, osteoporosis, arthritis, and cancer. Exercise plays a key part of management for all these conditions and are best prescribed by an Exercise Physiologist.
Being a first grade representative soccer player herself, Jen has a special interest in working with athletes at all levels to recover from injuries that prevent them from playing. She can also run athletes through specialised preventative exercise programs to ensure the risk of injuries are minimised and they are performing at their best.
On the weekends, you'll see Jen playing for the West Pennant Hills Lions Premier League soccer team!
Jen secretly loves the glamour of Eurovision, and actually met her husband at a Eurovision party!
During the week, Jen is busy studying after going back to uni to study Physiotherapy at Sydney University.
